Employee Wellness

“I was struggling with mobility & joint pain & taking maximum pain relief daily before I attended Natalie's session at my workplace.  I have since lost weight, don't take any pain relief & can get around much easier.  It's made a huge difference to my work & life.  I am very grateful my company chose GingerGreen Nutrition."

Healthy and happy employees are one of your company's biggest assets and enabling employees to perform at their very best can be challenging.  Many employees struggle with poor sleep, anxiety, low energy, mood swings, headaches, poor focus, weight gain, menopause symptoms and more.  They're surviving but not thriving!

As a business, you can help change that by providing practical wellness programmes that enable employees to understand more about how their bodies work and the mechanisms at play.  Not only that, you'll want a programme that delivers practical ways on how your employees can support their bodies to improve their health and outcomes.

We know how difficult it can be to know what to do and how to do it when you're busy with life.  That's why our sessions are delivered in an engaging way with lots of Q&A and most-importantly, practical support.  This encourages employees to make small sustainable changes enabling them to adopt healthier lifestyles, helping to enhance their performance in the workplace.

Each session intertwines the "science" with practical take-homes, so your employees not only understand the "why" but also the "how" leading to sustainable behaviour change.

These sessions are perfect tool for your employee wellness programmes.

Sessions can be tailored to meet your employee health needs and working patterns.  In addition, personalised programmes can be developed to support individuals returning to work.  Sessions can be recorded for a licence fee.

Menopausal women are the fastest growing demographic but menopausal symptoms can negatively affect performance leaving many women left struggling to cope and others leaving the workplace altogether.

Menopause Awareness training is important for all employees to ensure that leaders and employees have up-to-date knowledge and awareness of what the menopause is, who it affects and the wider implications for the workplace.

In addition, encouraging a menopause champion network can further support employees as can providing nutrition/lifestyle programmes to address the metabolic and physiological changes that occur during this phase of life.

Every women will experience menopause differently and workplace-based interventions can significantly improve menopause symptoms, presenteeism and work/social adjustment.  In addition, programmes can also significantly improve knowledge and attitudes of both employees and managers.

We offer Menopause Education sessions as the first step towards developing "menopause" awareness within your organisation, helping to get the conversation started, focussing on developing a better understanding of menopause, the implications for individuals within the workplace, managers and for the wider organisation.

In addition, our nutrition and lifestyle programmes provide practical evidence-based support for those employees struggling with menopause symptoms.
