Group Programmes

M-Powered Group Programmes focus on the physiological changes that occur during peri-menopause and menopause.   You'll be taken through the key fundamentals to understand exactly what's happening to your body and how utilising  evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle, you can support your body.

It's true that everyone will experience the menopause differently, but this phase of life impacts our metabolic and cardiovascular systems, many of us experience sleep issues or weight gain in addition to brain fog, joint aches, hot flushes to name just a few symptoms.

Understanding how you can improve your health outcomes and symptoms with a holistic approach is a game-changer for many women, especially for those who cannot take HRT or find it doesn't resolve every issue.

During the 12 week programme, you'll be taken through a range of evidence-based modules focussing on  nutrition and lifestyle medicine to help support your immediate and longer term health.   Modules include: blood sugar balance & insulin, the gut microbiome, stress & cortisol, protein & meal planning and more.   Each session will be ran by a BANT Registered Nutritionist® with plenty of opportunity for Q&A and support including recipe packs, resources and more.  Sessions are recorded should you miss one and you have access for up to 12 months to the programme.

At your own pace

The M-Powered Group Programmes can also be studied at your own pace if you cannot or do not wish to attend live sessions.   The materials and modules are available for you to progress through at a time to suit you.  You can work through them as fast or as slow as you like.  You'll have full access to all the same materials as attending a live programme but without the group interaction.
