Group Programmes such as our M-Powered Menopause Programme - can be attended live online (at specific times) or studied at your own pace.

Every person is unique so a standard approach doesn't work for everyone.  Testing can help us get to the root cause of your symptoms, taking out any guesswork and achieving quicker results.  Nutritional plans can then be personalised to target your unique imbalances helping you to achieve more effective results.

A range of tests are available and only recommended for your specific needs and when necessary.   These may include hormones, thyroid, vitamin D, blood panels, gut health and nutrigenomics.
