Greek Style Quinoa Bowl
Quinoa (pronounced keen-wa) is a great addition to our diets. It contains all 10 essential amino acids, making it a complete protein (unlike rice/wheat) and is higher in protein than wheat.
Quinoa is an ancient grass seed like buckwheat & amaranth – so it’s not a grain & is also naturally gluten-free.
In addition, it also contains both omegas 3/6, magnesium, iron, calcium, vitamins B2/E & fibre. All important for our menopause health.
